The Staff Application is different: applicants completing it online must sign in with a Google account. Yes. Changing Lives 365 requires applicable background clearings as part of its volunteer safety process. These checks help support a safe environment for community members, program participants, staff, and volunteers.

No. A prior record does not automatically disqualify an applicant. Disclosures are reviewed in context by the organization’s review team. The goal is to consider safety and suitability fairly and compassionately; applicants are encouraged to answer screening questions honestly.

Changing Lives 365 uses Jibble to record staff and volunteer hours. After your application is approved, the organization will email you a Jibble invitation link. Follow the link and the office’s instructions to clock in and clock out. If you have not received your invitation or need an hours correction, please contact the office.

To volunteer, use the “Apply to Volunteer” link in the Operations & Intake Hub; a Google account is not required. To apply for a paid position online, choose “Apply for a Staff Position” and sign in with a Google account.
